Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada

The Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada (PLCAC) is a Canadian industry association focused on the pipeline construction sector. Our main purpose is to help Canada’s pipeline construction industry work safely, fairly, and predictably across provinces, projects, and workforces.

Labour Relations

PLCAC takes a collaborative labour relations approach with four international trade unions that help build, maintain, upgrade and replace Canada’s pipeline infrastructure. In return, labour partners provide a dependable supply of skilled, productive and mobile workers essential to delivering pipeline projects responsibly and efficiently across Canada.
