The Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada’s members have been building Canada’s infrastructure for over 70 years. The Association advocates for unionized pipeline construction industry with the government through labour relations, policy review, pipeline standard codes and more. The PLCAC continues to foster a Canadian-based workforce with specialized technical, trade and craft skills for pipeline construction and maintenance.
Pipelining is a project-based business. Pipeline careers offer rewarding opportunities to trained and skilled people who work in communities across Canada. Pipeliners build and maintain all aspects of Canada’s pipeline systems from distribution that deliver natural gas to mainline infrastructure used to transport energy products.
